Hello All, apologies for the poor drawing quality, but I am installing a new guy gray box for a washing machine that is going to tie in to the 2 inch stack for the kitchen in the floor above. Is the way I am venting the laundry in this picture acceptable or would I have to run an individual vent above the flood room level of the kitchen? Thanks in advance.

It is not code to do what you picture. The vent should go all the way to tie in above all other upper floor fixtures or through roof.
Adding an air admittance valve (also not typically allowed by code) would help if you don't do it to code.
