Get sewer clean out caps flush after the fact

Is there a part to get a cap (preferably metal) flush with patio surface? To fit the i.d. of the pipe? The couplings are not even glued, the concrete guys were just extremely lazy. I’d rather not demo concrete and patch.
Not my project btw.
