I had a Honeywell timer controlling the house ventilation. It started making clicking noises and the fan would turn on/off. I replaced with an iohvaccontrols FAVR-ENHANCED unit and that worked for a year. It now also clicks and turns the fan on and off - but does work if I set it to the 60 minute mark (always on).

Any ideas on what I can check aside from this controller that may be causing it to malfunction?

What other options for controlling fresh air circulation are out there? It seems Honeywell stopped making the timer system.

One workaround is if I leave it set to always on (at 60 minutes) but add a timer to power the unit on/off at intervals. Something that attaches to power and sits inline to the wires powering the unit. But what would this thing be called?

Thanks

That control is still made but not from honeywell. Put a jumper O to O see if the relay stops cycling.

Thanks @Fitter30 - great idea, I actually noticed that this morning when re-reading the install manual. I was thinking about attaching a separate timer to the override. Do you have any thoughts/suggestions on what kind of timer I could attach that would then jump the O's when it triggers?
