Flushed hot water heater, now a couple faucets only have warm (not hot) water

I recently flushed my hot water heaters. I have two and they are installed in series (first time I've seen that). I flushed both heaters and now I have a couple of faucets that only produce warm water (not hot) and my kitchen faucet takes 2-3 times longer to get hot water. The water pressure seems fine - just getting hot water to these faucets is the problem. Other faucets are just fine.

I'm wondering if the blender cartridge could be clogged in both faucets. My kitchen faucet is a Kohler K-R10651-SD-VS and my bathtub faucet is a Delta. Is it likely a cartridge issue?
