Fleck 7000 SXT Major or Minor Issue?

Would anybody have any troubleshooting tips for my FLECK 7000 SXT?
For some reason it's not treating my water. I haven't added salt in months. I have noticed that the display meter that shows the volume remaining or water usage stays the same and does not change. I believe I have inspected everything. I cleaned the injectors. I even replaced the resin and cleaned the brine tank. The bypass valve is in service mode and not in bypass mode. I'm out of ideas!

Is it possible the control head is not good anymore?

When the controller does not receive soft water consumption information from the flow meter, the controller will not know when to perform each regeneration cycle, so no regeneration will be performed and the resin hardness removal capacity will become progressively. depleted.

Suggest posting a few photos showing the flow meter, which will be located on the back of the control valve, on the soft water outlet connection. (Left connection when facing the controller from the front).

Even if the metering failed, the DO (Day Override) setting should set an upper limit on days between regens.

I would trigger an immediate regen, and make sure that works and gives you softening.

There should always be some salt above the water line.

If not triggering the DO regen, no. That does not need the cable to be working.

You can test the existing cable with a magnet to see if bringing that close and away several times will cause the count-down number to drop and the water drop icon on the display to activate. A stuck turbine wheel can keep you from counting down, but it will not stop the DO regeneration. Crud on/in the turbine wheel can sometimes be cleaned out. I don't remember how many pulses the FM=T1.2 turbine puts out per gallon... I suspect less than 100. However the water drop icon on the display is much more responsive than the count-down number.

There could be an issue with the controller mother board, but the usual order of diagnosis, will be to first verify the flow meter cable is not the source of the issue, followed by verifying the turbine spins freely.

I can do a manual regen.
I will try these trouble shooting suggestions.

Update. I was able to fix it thanks to the video Bannerman shared. I replaced the turbine and all seems to be working.
