I would appreciate some guidance on reworking some DWV plumbing in my house.

Background info: 1-story, slab-on-grade ranch house, built 1963, original cast iron DWV piping has been mostly abandoned in place and replumbed with PVC by previous owner. Corner shower, vanity sink, and toilet share a 2x6 wet wall back-to-back with another bathroom (tub, vanity sink, and toilet).

I am remodeling both bathrooms, one at a time. I will replace the corner shower with an alcove tub/shower combo, which requires chipping up the concrete-encased drain and roughing it in at the proper location per my choice of tub. I also intend to remove the remaining cast iron that the PO tied into, reframe the entire wall, and improve the pipe routing/configuration. See below.

From left to right:
Note the 3/4” AC condensate line and 1.5” vent penetrate the slab on the other side of the wall. These need to be rerouted so as to remain inside the wall because the other bathroom’s tub will be replaced with a tiled shower. The 3/4” condensate line drops into the 2” drain line shared by the shower and tub via a straight tee in the horizontal plane and a flush reducer bushing. I’m pretty sure this is wrong, but don’t have general knowledge of code and best practice. Please advise on tying in the 3/4” line into the 2” line: combo wye? Wye with 45?

Please also advise on tying in the 1.5” vent to the 2” drain line (fitting choice, location, etc).

Lastly, on the right side, there is the 3” vent, which has a 3x2 sanitary tee branching off to provide drainage for the two back-to-back sinks using a double sanitary tee, which is capped on top. This configuration seems suspect to me. Are the sinks adequately vented as is, or should I cut off the cap and add a vent above the double sanitary tee?

Any other pointers or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking time to read and respond!

One week and no love. What a forum.

No worries, I figured it out with a little help from my friends. I will update the thread with a resolution for any future readers once I finish rough-in.
