Does this bad slope need to be fixed?

This is the rough-in plumbing for a double vanity. The horizontal pipes in the wall have good slope towards the stack, but both of the stub-outs (1.5" PVC, about 3" long), including their elbows, are slightly sloped the wrong way. Will this be okay or is it worth fixing? What's the best way to fix it? Thank you.

Both? I would take a photo broadside and put a straight edge on the photo.
