It's a 2 story apartment with kitchens and bathrooms 30 by 35. Please see image below of floor plan, I worked up. All PVC pipe's, do you think it would work or meet basic general cod's in Idaho? I do not know if I need more air vents? Or if the wet vents will work in this setup. I was going to use 3 inches PVC pipe's is that to big or to small? It's a crawl space design.

Do you think the main drain pipe should exit under the concrete footing or go through the stem wall? I was going to hang the pipe's in the crawl space under the main subfloor and run the 2 story pipe's through the wall up alongside the studs to the 2 story bathrooms that are exactly the same one on top of each other. I think I have enough clean out ports on the line. Butt I may be forgetting something important let me know I'm new to this thing.

Thanks
