Discontinued Fill Valve Leaking

Have Eljer Patrician with the 495-0260-00 replacement fill valve. It is now leaking, probably around the plunger. Like the original brass fill valve, this one is discontinued. Does anyone know where I could get a new plunger setup and, maybe a new top for this valve? Would the plunger and top from part 495-0250-00, which is still available, fit on top of the Patrician's valve?
