Desperate need for faucet identification

We are STRUGGLING to try and find out what this faucet is. There’s a bad leak and we know the cartridge needs to be replaced. No idea what type it is!

Would love any input!

This valve was made by Powers Process. #900 Biltmore series model 2. Cartridge # 900-031. This does not come with th splins adapter. Removing your existing adapter with a allen wrench for the set screw. The replacement cartridge is now all white. No more green.

Thank you so much! I’ll look at ordering this now. We also don’t have an original handle but I think I can just continue to use the “generic” handle that we’ve been using.
