Costco Toto Drake II MS786154CEFGWS#01 on Sale — Advice & Flushmate Compatibility?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice on a specific TOTO Drake model I found at Costco. The model is MS786154CEFGWS#01, and it’s currently on sale for $320, which seems like a pretty good deal for a one-piece Toto Drake.

I read through some threads here and understand the letters pretty well now: this one is 1.28 GPF (the “E”) and has all the typical features people like about TOTO.

My question is as follow:

1. Does anyone have experience with this particular model? Is it a good choice for reliable flush performance, easy cleaning, etc.?
2. My current toilet has a Sloan Flushmate pressure assist inside — does this mean I’d need to install a Flushmate in the new TOTO too, or does this TOTO work differently? (I know the Flushmate gives a powerful flush, so just wondering if I’ll miss that with this model.)
3. Will this fit the Toto bidet I have? Model is Toto C5.

Any thoughts or recommendations are much appreciated!

I don't know what the "WS" part of the number is, but I suspect it is "with seat".

you can look up most WC's performance at the independent MaP testing https://map-testing.com/ Only get a WC with 1,000 score (grams of solids)
I don't think Toto makes a pressure assist so nowhere will you near Flushmate performance with gravity tank...and like Reach4 said, not one piece either. No you can't adapt a gravity WC to a pressure assist
