Hi. I'm trying to resolve an issue with the claw foot faucet..it doesn't allow the tub to be filled. The flow is directed up the shower attachment.
I removed the divertor and found that one I ring was in pieces, ( now missing in the picture) and an o ring where I think a washer of some sort should be.
Also a white rubber...o ring perhaps, was inside and it seems to give some friction when the divertor stem is moved back and forth..it is ripped apart as well..
I wonder if someone can give a brand and model to this, and suggestions as to how to replace them..I've taken the divertor apart..but I don't think the screw at the top comes off... If it doesn't then I guess a o ring is expected there.
I've tried several plumbing shops and a couple plumbers.. no help there...hopefully someone can help me here. Seems I can't add all the pictures..
