I am looking for some assistance on how to correctly vent the bathroom I am putting into a basement. Below are some pictures of what I am proposing. Is this correct?

None of that is correct.
The tub needs to be vented before it enters the line downstream of the toilet. Also the tub p-trap if vented after the p-trap, not on the vertical riser for the drain. The vent is to break the siphoning of the p-trap. The toilet needs a 2" vent which can be done with the tub venting.
