Baffle for soffit vent?

Vent baffles in attic????

I have soffit vents in my attic and I’m wondering if I should use baffles before I put new insulation and drywall up, I can’t seem to find exact info for how my attic and vents are?

This plastic baffle is me mocking it up, every install I see there is a baffle between all the rafters, but I only have one soffit vent there? I’m not sure if I need this I just thought this would be a good way of keeping my insulation from blocking my vent

I think some sort of baffle for the soffit venting is a good idea.
