I have a custom water softner system driven by a Autotrol 460i controller.
I went thru 120 lbs of salt in 12 days. No one was home during this time, so usage was zero - No, we dont have a leak. Is there a way to program regen every 7 days versus everyday? I know the 460TC can change the regen schedule, but I cant figure out the 460i. Im not sure why its using so much salt. Its just my wife and I.
Our TSDs are 500/14.6 gpg with city water.
Age of system 2 years.
Clack 9x48 32k resin tank / 40 gal brine tank
Avg water usage 5300gal / 20k ltr per month
I need help with the settings to cut back on salt.
