Add sink to existing washing machine standpipe drain

Hello, thank you for your help in advance!

I would like to add a utility sink next to my washing machine. The copper pipe is the current vent for the washing machine and I will move the backwater valve to be after the sink drain. Do I need to do option A or B or something else?

Option A, WYE with a 45 and a 90 directly to the sink p-trap:

Option B, WYE with a 45 to a T for the sink p-trap and then connect the top of the T to the existing vent:
