Greetings! Long time no post! Thank you in advance for any replies

Is this drain and vent setup is "per code" or at least "okay"? Also... would moving the toilet to location ID'd in video would be okay and be "per code". This is a temp toilet location for 3-4 weeks. After that, I will be bringing in a plumber with permits to rough-in new/final locations of the new bathroom configuration. Thanks!
Terrible drawing below - Ignore the fall or lack of fall... Drawing it intended to show how far down the line the first vent is on this current set-up built in the mid-1990's. Is it okay to have a double vanity, toilet, shower, and tub all venting through a 2" pipe when the toilet, tub, shower and 12+ feet behind/up-line from the double vanity and vent?
