My well is about 450ft and 12 years old. The pressure switch is beside the pressure gauge. I uploaded a video here....https://streamable.com/acrpbd (Video will expire in 2 days) I think the video will show easier than i can explain..
I know the gauge use to stay around 60ish and if i remember correctly it was filled with liquid before. In the house the cold water and hot water in the bathroom will flow if both knobs are full open, but if one is closed to half open the water will stop for a few minutes, run a min or 2 and stop. The only way to fill the bathtub is to open the hot water on the tub fully and open the cold water on the sink fully and the water usually doesnt stop. But closing the cold water on the sink just a little bit and the water will stop for a minute or 3 and then start back. Never had any problems with the flow before. About 10 days ago the flow started to surge, several days later this problem started. Thought maybe the whole house filter or possible ice in the line. Never had a problem with freeze before and changing the filter didnt help. Thank you for your help.

The pressure tank is water logged. You will need a new tank. Now is a good time to figure out why the tank went bad and how to prevent is from happening again. The pump has been cycling on/off until it broke the tank diaphragm. Now it is cycling so fast it is tripping the overload, which cools down and resets in a minute or three. Typical failure scenario for the planned obsolescence they build into every pump. Stop the pump from cycling and they last 30-40 years instead of 5-15 years at best.
