1/4 turn supply valve for fixture shutoffs?

Running pex to my bathroom and I’m wondering if I can use 1/4 turn supply valves instead of ball valves for shut-offs.
The 1/4 turn valves come with a pex crimp end and a threaded end that I can attach my braided supply to. Thanks, Dan

Best practices is to stub out with copper made for adapting to pex, then use conventional stops

I expect you could find what you wanted in ball valves too, but maybe you would need to order that.

It’s an old camp, and I’m replacing the ancient galvanized with pex. Coming up from the cellar through the floor. Just one sink, toilet, and tub.
