I have tried to google this to no avail. The toilet won't flush with the tank lid on. Works fine with the tank lid off. Flapper is maybe a year old. I managed to fiddle with the chain so I can at least get a flush out of it if I hold the handle down when the lid is on. It worked fine 2 days ago...
