    Toto ultramax I, e-max, slow draining

    Hi, This is a video of my toilet’s slow flushing. Flush is 1.28 gal, e-max. Takes 30 seconds to drain. Does it mean there is still a clog, even if it drains relatively quickly? It was a very fast 1-2 second drain before.. I’ve used this device with a lengths of 3 feet and goes all the way...
