    Tying in tub vent to downstairs vent pipe

    Okay, so, I'm doing a Master Bath remodel. I removed my old tub, shower, walls etc. Going with an open plan. Now that the shower walls and tub walls/framing (picture tiled "Stadium" seating on three sides of the tub) are gone I can see that the shower and tub drains both connect to a "main" pipe...
