    Hot water tank installation

I was using the space on top of my water tanks as additional storage space with the piece of wood on top. However, I have to modify it now due to the loop on the left tank, it goes too high. It is about 6 inches high, would 2 inches not have sufficed? These pictures are from installation...

    Hot water tank installation

Thx for the explanation. Yes, I had a setup from previous owner in order to put a large piece of wood holding on prenailed edges, so that I can put buckets and stuff on it. I will post a pic later to show you.

    Hot water tank installation

He left the job site and having him come back do it another way is no longer feasible, plumber prices are sky high here, so will have to work around the installation as-is.

    Hot water tank installation

Hi. Just got this hot water tank installed and I am wondering why the plumber would do a bridge loop at the top of the tank instead of a direct horizontal connection (about 6 inches high)? That just takes away space from the top of the tank, space that I need for other things Thank you.

    Pipe yellow bubble

I did see a few small drops come down the pipe a few months ago, but has nor happened since. I am letting the bubble grow without touching it, don't want to aggravate the situation. Thank you, let's hope it goes as Jeff Young stated above.

Toilet installation - correct rough-in size?

Greynold929, thank you for your answer. There is no other solution but the 10''? If that is the case, selection is limited and since I would kike to go with a known brand, it would appear American Standard Cadet 3 would be the choice. How about my toilet with the 13'', did I make the right...

I would like to replace it eventually and wanted to confirm which rough-in size replacement toilet I should by, would only a...
