Water hammer loud thunk when submersible pump shuts off remove inards check valve at tank

I can't say if water got into air side but when empty tank is light so I would say no. Gauge increases linearly from 40 to 70. Not sure how to calibrate as only single gauge. I can only say that yesterday pump would stop at 60psi. Now stops at 70. No real issue with that just need to figure out...

Water hammer loud thunk when submersible pump shuts off remove inards check valve at tank

Thanks. I had been searching for info about removing innards on check valve and just couldn't find info. While I assumed would not be hard just like to find info before attemt. On rusted one like this clearly easy and assume non rusted can back nut off or just break but or cut plunger rod so ya...

Water hammer loud thunk when submersible pump shuts off remove inards check valve at tank

So this check valve has always been here at tank and after much reading seems consensus is that only check valve should be at pump and none above ground. So getting a loud thunk when pump shuts off assume could be due to this check valve so pulled and can see spring gone but plunger still there...

I noticed there was only one o-ring on the diverter valve as I was putting it in so seemed like water could easily leak but I am not that familiar with the valves...

Can I Apply Abs Solvent Over Old Solvent So New Santee Flush With Existing Coupler

Well it clearly is not done right but it works. A longer tailpeice and lower drain would have been ideal but i did not want to raise the sink or drill thru that beam. It drains ok and will work to be able to wash my hands in garage.

Can I Apply Abs Solvent Over Old Solvent So New Santee Flush With Existing Coupler

I did actually have it in there just flush so you couldn't see it. But caused p-trap outlet to be below santee inlet. This may night be right but is was best option.

Can I Apply Abs Solvent Over Old Solvent So New Santee Flush With Existing Coupler

If i install santee above old glue it will be too high and flow up. I can raise the sink if i have to. I had hoped to install P-trap with threaded coupler on drain so was higher but the threads on sink drain will not allow a abs coupler to screw on. Same size/pitch but maybe this is normal? So u...
