Thanks for the reply. So I have a check valve on the discharge. The wash machine is piped with a trap. The sink I’m installing now. Is there any point of adding a trap to the sink? Should I add the 2 ft vent line with a studor or just leave open?

The issue is there is no vent line in basement.

Or don’t put a trap on sink. The laundry has a trap.

Can I just connect an open pvc pipe 2 ft above the pump?

Thats my issue. My washer is lower than the main waste line. That why we need a pump.

Can I run a vent line up to the ceiling with no AAV. Just an open pipe to pull air in from the room?

This pump is being plumbed into the existing sewer stack. Reason for pump is basement is higher that the sewer line

Thank you. The pump will only service gray water. Wash machine and Laundry sink. I was under the impression that an AAV is designed for areas where you cant connect to the main vent stack.

Hi I am installing a liberty pump 405 for a basement laundry room. My question pertains to the vent. I can't tie into the existing vent system. Can I add a sure vent? If yes how high should install? My next question is can I ties in the laundry sink and the wash machine to one trap? Thank you

One of the coils are installed flat.Do we need and air vent for that one

Currently there are 3 zone pumps. 2 zones will go to separate hot water coils. third zone will go into garage. The third zone is fairly simple. I will extend the thermostat wiring to garage and plump in a modine coil with an aqua stat in series.
