Hi, Just replaced my cartridge and the darn thing is still leaking. Wondering if maybe there is supposed to be a seal where the stem comes out? Here's a picture of where the leak is, and what I'm assuming might be a broken o-ring. I can't find any good reference photos of what it's supposed to...

Thank you @Breplum! I was able to pull it out and I believe it is Model: 47678000 (or maybe Model: 47080000?) Do happen to know if that is correct, or if it is none of the above?

Hi, Trying to figure out what replacement cartridge I would need to fix this old faucet that came with the house. I don't see any serial numbers or anything on the parts, so not sure how to ID the make/model. Hoping to not replace the rough in. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Installed a toto wall hung toilet on to a Geberit Wall Carrier, I've since noticed a small amount of play/flex on the toilet which I'm assuming is from the drywall between the toilet and the carrier getting compressed. Is there a solve for this? Is this something I should be worrying...
