UPDATE: got some responses on a different forum to use roofing tar. Did that and it's holding for now. Will properly fix it this summer with rubber seal or bulkhead fitting.

The sealant used around this PVC pipe exit from the fiberglass tank has degraded and ground water is seeping through into the tank. Any suggestions on how to properly seal this pipe so ground water won't get inside? Thanks

Well is about 16 years old. Pitless looked corroded/ rusted. Stuck a vacuum down there to clean all the rust off the threads. Any ideas what’s going on? Haven’t tried to pull it yet but it’s looking like it won’t be easy.
