    New tile installation higher than toilet flange

    We recently discovered our toilet was leaking underneath. We removed the toilet and hired a tile guy to repair the sub floor and install new tile. However, when I inspected the floor install, I see the tile is about half an inch ABOVE the toilet flange and is not cut round to surround it...
