    Thank you very much!!! Finally I am getting somewhere after weeks of searching. The faucet is leaking badly, and the handle is very hard to turn in the winter when the outside wall gets cold. Any idea on how to remove the casing and handle that covers the hex nut? I think it's the temperature...
