EASY FIX
1- Get a carpenter to but the piece over the tank and then replace it with hinges
2- Get a BABY Bowl used in nursery school bathrooms and then you will in the future have more then enough working room
3- Get a double jointed plumber with tooth pick thick hands and wrists to work insdie the tank
