Yeah, the Elkay 25" isn't an undermount. I've found a Kindred that has a 23 x 17 bowl size. Not bad.

but I'm wondering if there may be a better alternative. Depth isn't an issue, but I'd like something that's big enough to put large baking sheets in, etc.
