Seeking largest kitchen undermount sink for 30" cabinet

I've got a 30" KraftMaid sink base coming into my remodeled kitchen. Counter will be silestone. Left side will be dishwasher & right will be another counter piece. I'd like to put the longest single bowl undermount sink I can fit into the space. KraftMaide tells me that the 'useable' space for the bowl inside the cabinet is 27". I haven't been able to find a bowl width larger than 21" that'll fit in the cabinet. Can anyone advise?
