I have had my Briggs vacuity since December of 2002. I have been very satisfied with the function of the toilet. It has never plugged up, so I have not had some of the problems described. It could be the plumbers who put them in are not following the instructions. I am going to put another one in my home. I do believe that Consumer Reports helped me find this solution for a new low water toilet.
