Thanks guys. I dried up the water a few hours ago and I haven't seen anymore since. Hopefully it is OK. I guess when it is leaking the water would be coming out continuously. : could also be leaking because of high water temperature, above 221F. : Wow, and here I was a certified boiler and pressure vessel inspector thinking all this time that a standard T&P was set for 150 PSI or 210 degrees. (Ask and ILL explain WHY) : The idea of placing something under the T&P is a good idea as long as it doesn't impede the flow of the relief. : Chances are it could also be normal condensation. : If the T&P is more then 2-3 years old it should be replaced as why take a chance on a $4.00 part
