The actual contract with the business was very simple. Basically, it described what they would install, the plaster allowance, and electrial allowance, etc. Then it stated there would be an extra charge if any changes were made after installtion started. If we needed to be brought up to code, there would be an extra charge. It talked about final payment. NO WHERE did it ever mention the problem of resolving a defect after the fact.
On my charge printout, it said, "Defective items exchanged only." But that was for ordering purposes.
There is no way that Swanstone can be removed from the walls without totally breaking it, right?
