: Older home-very small powder room. Need a toilet that will fit a space of 26.5 from wall / 12" -otherwise door will not open past toilet to enter. Present toilet is almost non-functioning due to mineral buildups & design (23 yrs old)I am told. Replaced others in house with Toto but do not see one of that brand that will fit. Any other brand that might fit space? This is the main floor/company bathroom. Thanks!

Is there a possibility of turning the toilet 90 degree? I've got a similar situation, but don't have that option. I've used the corner toilet in another small bathroom, and it worked very well, formerly your knees were either pressed into the vanity or snugged up against the bathtub.

At least you are lucky to have a 12" rough-in, mine's 14", so most standard toilets sit out from the wall.
