: Flanges are available inmany different configurations. The 3" youdescribe is intended to fit inside a 3" fitting such as a closet elbow. The one you describe as 4" is not for 4" pipe, it is intended to go outside a 3" pipe. It doesn't matter as long as the flange ends up flush with the level of the final finished floor. |
