Central Air Leaking Water ??

I noticed yesterday that my air conditioning unit, in the basement is leaking water, from where, only god knows. We have a bryant heat pump outside with a filter in between the air unit and the furnace. We also have a humidifier attached to the furnace. Any suggestions as to why we have alot of water coming from the unit.
