Thanks guys, I really appreciate all of your expertise in this. It sounds like I'm into this for at least a grand then? Bummer. Parr Plumbing in Allentown is about an hour or two from the suburbs of Philadelphia where I live and I doubt he'd want to go that far, but if your suggesting I might be able to ask him about this, hey I'm willing to pull in good free advice from where ever I can get it before I take this project on.
