Depends on your crawl space. If you have a heater there you may have enough heat, then again.... Heat tape and wrapping with insulation are probably your best bet. There is heat tape available which is self adjusting, in that a thermistat is not required, which works fine. We us it around our freezer (temps of -10F)where we want to keep pipes warm.
