pull that white plastic piece off also, it was held on by the same screw, the nut is under it. : Hi, Clayton. : After I took of the temp. dial, I only see a thick, white, oval, plastic thing with a "finger" that sticks out so the temp dial stops. I can't believe I can't figure this out! : Thanks.
