Newbie--- Washer Drain Quest..

Ripped out all my upstairs plumbing to include cast stack. I am moving washer and dryer upstairs where bathroom was and new bathroom on opposite wall. Question: I set up my washing machine box app.. 43 inches high but can I connect to the stack at ap.. 30 inches high or does the trap have to be lower than the lowest point on the washing machine drain. Included picture to help with the horrible description.. I will be out of town for a week I will get back to you all though... Thnks Good Picture
