|In response to here are some ideas|
:1. Many jurisdictions will require most of the lighting to be ceiling fluorescent ( for energy efficiency). That will be one 15 amp circuit.
2. To properly accomodate the multitude of small appliances found in todays kitchen, you will want two 20 amp appliance circuits. Any outlet within 6 feet of the sink needs to be a ground fault protected device.
3. Over-the-stove microwave? Another dedicated 15 amp circuit.
4. Codes do not necessarily require it, but you really want to plan to vent the microwave (or range hood ventilator) to the outside, in order to remove not only the odors but the heat and hhumidity of cooking.
