: No simple answer. Sme deadlines have past; the settlement amounts are lower now; but you may have some recovery available. Depends on exactly what you have, whether it leaks, when it leaked , etc. Search on QEST, polybutylene, PB Pipe, etc for links to the law firms currently doing this. |
