dog wash

I myself am installing a tub in which the top needs to be about waist high. I'm using it for a dog wash in my basement. I don't need help with the plumbing part. Just some ideas of how to get the tub up that high. Materials, etc. Keep in mind this is a metal tub so it doesn't weigh that much. JP
