If I am installing 11/2" - 4" I copper I use strictly Emery cloth inside the fittings and out side the piping. For 11/4 and less I use emery for the piping and wire brush inside the fittings.

Depends of the Diameter of the copper Im installing.

If I am installing 11/2" - 4" I copper I use strictly Emery cloth inside the fittings and out side the piping.

For 11/4 and less I use emery for the piping and wire brush inside the fittings.
