Referring to http://www.masterplumber.com/Laws/UPCExcerpts.html#toiletventing the illustration #2 on the right is approximately my situation, except my vertical run is wet-vented, and the horizontal run is under the slab. Ordinarily the wye branch near the toilet bend is positioned 45deg up from flat. However I've heard that when its a wet vent, the branch is set flat. Which way should I set this? Also, with the direction change being under slab I can't put in that wye with the cleanout. How about 45's for the change, and a santee with cleanout port in the vertical run?
