Hi, I recently attempted to replace a toilet in my basement, but when I removed the old one, I found the flange to be rusted beyond belief. I attempted to bolt the new bowl down, but it would eventually pull up, because of the corrosion. How do I go about installing a new flange? Thanks, Scott B. |
