I try not to plug motorized items into GFCI's when ever it can be safely avoided. They will phantom trim and, as you apparently realize, cause a major flooding problem. : I have installed a sewage ejector in my basement. Does it need to be plugged into a GFCI outlet? If the circuit trips and I don't know, I could be in trouble. Thoughts?
