In response to Re: WELL WATER SYSTEM PROBLEM
: MY WATER WILL SOMETIMES RUN THEN JUST STOP. IT MAY TAKE HOURS BEFORE IT WILL WORK AGAIN. WHEN IT DOES START UP AGAIN IT ONLY WORKS FOR MINUTES. WHEN IT DOES START IT HAS A GOOD AMOUNT OF PRESSUE THEN IT GRADUALLY REDUCES PRESSURE UNTIL IT FINALLY STOPS ALL TOGETHER. I HAVE TRIED CLEANING THE POINTS AND THIS REALLY HASN'T CHANGED THE PROBLEM. I PUT 20PSI IN MY BLADDER TANK. I STARTED NOTICING A BLACK SUBSTANCE COMING OUT OF THE COLD WATER SIDE AND NOT THE HOT WATER SIDE JUST BEFORE THIS PROBLEM STARTED. HAVE YOU ANY SUGGESTIONS? THANK YOU!

Please do not write all in caps, it is hard to read.
My first guess would be that you are running out of water. But a well system is a rather complicated affair. You should not just arbitrarily add air to the pressure tank. What does your pressure gauge show?
I would recommend that you call a qualified well person.
